The cost of gutter cleaning depends on various factors including access, linear feet, and when the gutters were cleaned last. Due to these complex variables, we offer your first gutter cleaning at an hourly rate of $120 per hour per Technician. This ensures you get a fair price on your first cleaning. After the first cleaning, we can suggest a schedule and a set price for future visits. Most initial gutter cleaning visits are approximately 3-4 hours, so your initial visit for an average size home can be $375 – $500.
We recommend at least one gutter cleaning per year. If you have large trees around your home, your gutters should be cleaned more like two or three times per year. After receiving your first cleaning, our team of professional Technicians can make a recommendation for the recommended frequency of gutter cleaning for your home.
If rainwater is not able to flow off your roof to the ground, then this can lead to water damage and leaks to your home. As a homeowner you want to ensure there is no debris blocking the water flowing off your roof. This keeps your home safe.
What about gutter guards?
We are happy to install gutter guards! If there are trees close to your home, it could be beneficial to install these to prevent major blockages. We would need to schedule an on-site assessment for an accurate quote. If you already have gutter guards, we still suggest a light cleaning, along with your roof clearing, once a year to make sure things are draining properly.
